What are Kookaburra's Delivery Options?

We get that you're excited to receive the latest from Kookaburra, so we offer the option to select your preferred delivery method at checkout.
We’ll provide the estimated delivery date based on the delivery method you choose, and we’ll communicate this in your order confirmation email. Simple as that!

Please note that you are currently on the Australian site and we only ship to Australian residents.

For Standard delivery prior to Christmas, please place your order within Australia before December 19th, 2024 for VIC/NSW/QLD/SA & TAS. For NT & WA, please place order before December 16th, 2024.

A freight charge of $25 (incl GST) applies for all orders (exceptions apply to teamwear/umpire orders)

What are the factory processing times on web orders?

Regardless of carrier selection, web order factor processing times take anywhere between 1-3 business days (depending on peak times and seasonal surges). Rest assured, the Kookaburra warehouse team is working as fast as possible to ensure you get your order on time. You can always check the status of your web order via 'My account' (if you are logged in) or you can contact support.

Who are the Kookaburra Sport Carrier's?

We partner with Australia Post, a trusted and well-established shipping provider in Australia. With Australia Post, you can expect secure and timely delivery of your Kookaburra Sports products. This option is only suitable for our domestic shipments.

How can I track my Kookaburra website order?

To check the status of your shipping, you can register with us HERE. Head to "My Account" and follow the prompts to your web order where you can view the shipping status and tracking code. Once order status reads "shipped" click on the tracking code and you will be redirected to the Australia Post website where you can enter the tracking code into the "Track an item" field. For any further assitance, do not hesitate to reach out directly with Australia Post.

How does my order qualify for free shipping?

Free standard delivery applies to all web orders than meet the minimum order requirments of $150. This is after delivery charges, taxes and promos have been applied.

Does my order need to go through customs?

This depends on the product. But if it is dispatched internationally, it will need to be cleared through customs. Don't worry, we'll handle it for you. The delivery date provided at checkout accounts for clearance times.
Be aware that some banks may charge a small transaction fee for orders dispatched internationally.

What about duties & taxes?

We eliminate the guesswork for you. All applicable taxes & duties are included in your order at checkout.
 

Additional Ordering Standards

Orders are processed and delivered Monday - Friday, except for national holidays. Be aware that orders may experience longer processing and delivery times during holidays. Orders can't be delivered to PO Boxes, re-shippers, or packaging forwarding services.

If living outside Australia can I still order Kookaburra products?

Orders can't be delivered to addresses outside the country or region where they were placed, unless shopped via Amazon marketplaces.  If overseas you can shop from the following countries domains:

What are Kookaburra & Burley Sekem's Warehouse closing times over Christmas/NY?

The Kookaburra and Burley Sekem warehouses will close over the Christmas and early New Year period. Any web orders placed during this timeframe will be processed and dispatched immediately following the advertised days off.
